  staff member MATT did not honour 3 day guest pass because ive trained there before as a guest of my brother who pays for the most expensive membership on contract. i told MATT that this wasnt stated on the form and he said he didnt care because its company policy. i said this doesnt help convince me.to sign up for my own membership which he also seemed not to care about. what a douche !
